I believe SFC failed because it may need C:\Windows\WinSxS to do its repair, & that is corrupted. DISM (with Windows Update) should have repaired WinSxS - I don't know why it hasn't. This is really beyond my powers, but...
(1) R-Clk START, Programs & Features, View installed updates.
Did you get the latest updates...?...
(2) R-Clk START, Command Prompt (admin), paste in the following...
"DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStore"
