Original title: Help with files

Hello there!

I ran a filecheck in the CMD yesterday' and it told me that all the files in the programdata- microsoft- diagnosis- downloadedsettings are corrupted. Now I tried to remove them but they got installed back. And also, I think that its causing me problems with the game world of warcraft. Now how do I remove them or at least the corrupt on them?

    The two Event Viewer files only contain one report. This is what happens when you place the cursor in the list of reports!

    To access the System log select Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Event Viewer, from the list in the left side of the window expand Windows Logs and select System. Place the cursor on System, select Action from the Menu and Save All Events as (the default evtx file type) and give the file a name. Do the same for the Applications log. Do not provide filtered files. Do not place the cursor in the list of reports before selecting Action from the menu. Do not clear logs whilst you have a continuing problem.

    Please upload and share with everyone fresh copies of your System log and your Application log (two files) from your Event Viewer to your OneDrive and post a link here.

    The Menu bar in Event Viewer reads from left to right File, Action, View, and Help. If the Action and View options are not on the Menu bar click View in the Actions (right hand pane), Customise and check the box before Menu under Snap-in. If you have not got a Menu bar you need the click the third icon (see next paragraph) and use the View option is the Actions pane to create the Menu bar ( Menu under Snap-in) and check the box before Standard Menu there to add Action and View to the Menu bar..

    When you select Save All Events Windows Explorer opens a window displaying your Documents library.

    Type a name in the File name box and click Save and OK. Type or place the link the https://onedrive.live.com/ in your browser address bar and press ENTER. One Drive opens. Click Upload and a Windows Explorer window opens, click Documents (you may need to expand Desktop>Libraries>Documents), use the scroll to go down the list in the Documents library to locate your named file. Place the cursor on the file and click the Open button. The file then uploads to OneDrive.
