I created the "My Battle for Middle-earth(tm) II Files" folder but I do not have "C:\Users...\AppData\Roaming"
to put the folder into. I am not sure where to save the folder to.

the address bar in your screenshot contains "this pc/storage(D)/games/etc.

go to c drive/users/"your username"/appdata/roaming
note that in order to see the "appdata" folder you will most likely have to "show hidden files and folders". In order to do this, you'll need to search in windows for "show hidden" and click on the control panel link (see first screenshot below)
Then check the highlighted box below and press apply
You should then be able to find the folder
Again, I expect the appdata folder to be on your c drive
