Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another process

   Anything imported to your country will have to come in via one of the shipping ports, be it via ship, airplane, or land.  Normally there are customs people there at each of these points of entry.  After passing customs, the package would be entered into your country's postal system, which would then decide where to ship it based on the information provided on the package's label.

    I'm not sure if there are multiple postal systems in your country or not.  In the US, we haveUSPS (our national postal system), and thenUPS andFedEx, which are privately owned and tend to deal with packages rather than mail.  They all work with street addresses.  USPS normally delivers to their mailboxes at the street; the other two usually deliver to the front door of the residence at the specified address.

    A province, city, and village printed on the package's label would get it to your local post office.  What they do with it depends on what personally identifiable information is on the package to indicate that you are the intended recipient.

    Here in the US, when receiving a package, the USPS will attempt to deliver it to the mailbox just like with everything else (letters, magazines).  If it doesn't fit in the mailbox, they aresupposed to attempt to deliver it to your door.  If you don't answer the door (or if they're feeling lazy), and note is put in the mailbox stating that the package is being held for you at the Post Office.  This is the only time I'm aware of other than renting a P.O. Box that mail is held at the Post Office.  But, this is the USPS, and your country may do it differently.

    In your 3rd paragraph, you mentioned mobile phone numbers being of importance, and that specific places of delivery are involved.  If this is how mail is delivered in your country, it sounds to me like your name and mobile number should be placed into the address field.  This would get it printed onto the label on the package.  All I know about your country's postal system is what you tell me, and then I can only make educated guesses based on our system in the US.  I'm sure you could get much better information on this subject from postal employees in your country and your HP agent who is dealing with both imports and local shipments.

You'll have to decide how badly you want the LightScribe feature.  It may be very hard to get this feature with everything else and shipping to Yemen.

I contacted the seller of some item I have begun to purchase. However, I didn't complete the process, although there is shipping to Yemen listed under the item. (I didn't pay for my item since I've been afraid of that the major political upheaval happening in Yemen right now will not let things be shipped in reliability). So, when contacting the seller clarify for him why I have not paid for my item, which resulted in putting unpaid item on my account, he replied to me:

Firstly: Then, I am now completely anxious about receiving my order. I would think that sellers/eBay owner should have had prior knowledge of whether import permits are allowed in my country or not. Or otherwise, they should not have listed that there is shipping to Yemen in items. 

Secondly: What should I have done if I'd received my item since I would be in confusion between whether the defect in seller since he didn't send my item, or if the defect in my local custom clearance. I.e. How could be able to know if my item was really shipped to Yemen, however, it is stuck/held in the import permits and custom department?

As a result, I'd insist on saying  that P.O.B is the only best way to identify the right place of a recipient.

    Most shippers are wise enough to do some sort of tracking on the package so that they can prove that they indeed sent it and it reached the destination Post Office.  If the seller is armed with this information, you would probably simply be out of the money if customs confiscated the item, or it got lost in your postal system.  On the other hand, in absence of this information, any dispute would probably be resolved in the favor of the buyer (causing the seller to take a loss), which is why some "worldwide shippers" exclude certain countries that they have found to be unreliable (or are suspicious of).

    The phone number may get printed onto the label from the "Phone number" field.  I was just suggesting that if it was used as a method of identification and announcement of arrival, and you didn't have an actual address to supply, that it might be better than an empty (or redundant) Street Address field.

Using the expedited Mail Service(E.M.S), someday I deposited envelope containing some documents and a letter of appeal to appeal a reconsideration in processing my application form since I felt that my candidature was not assessed properly.

That file was sent from Yemen to Poland  by expedited Mail Service(E.M.S).

Thirdly: after I've paid the E.M.S fee, I was given the receipt of E.M.S Item. On that receipt, there was the item number. I used this website http://www.post.ye, and  with that number, I could have been tracking my EMS shipment online since it was sent from the branch of post office in my city(Seyoun), then to the head post office in the capital city of Yemen(Sana'a). When my item got received by the head post office. Also, it took some days at the capital city moving from place to another.(As shown in the screen shot below). Then, when my item was arrived in  Poland, It took some time moving from place to another until it was arrived at the the intended destination which is: Uniwersytet Warszawski.(When I was tracking my item at that time, there were information on that table once the item just was arrived in Poland until it was arrived at the intended place, but I don't know why there are now no information about Poland's locations) I think since the item had been sent in 2013, the site was updated. However, I am still surprised why only there are still information about the Item while it was in Yemen, although the item was sent about two years ago.

I hope you can be able to  see the information on those screen shots below well to understand me well.

So, that way is a little bit perfect since the item's owner will still be able to track his item with its number since it was sent from the first station till the final destination(station).

I gave that scenario to only let you understand me what is going on my mind, then I ask my question below:

Even if I had selected 'expedited international shipping' while purchasing an item at eBay.com, I would not be able to online track my item shipped via the service 'expedited international shipping' like the way I tracked my expedited Mail Service(EMS) shipment(sent from Yemen to Poland) online.

    NOTE: The name at eBay.com has its own filed called ', and the address has its one field called 'street address' which is mandatory as well.  Also, the phone number has its own filed 'Phone number' which is mandatory.

So, my questions are:

Firstly: I called some users working at head post office in Yemen, however, they didn't give me exact answer, They said sometime the shipment is lost while it was arrived in Yemen, however, in some other times it is arrived to the owner/buyer properly. This is not exact answer on which I can relying on. This let me also be quite confused. When I continue asking where it can be lost,/stuck, they didn't give me any answer. Also, why might item be lost? They told for unspecified reasons. I told them even if I have item number with which I can track the item online, they told me even with that thing, they cannot guarantee that the item will be 100 present arrived to the owner/buyer.

Finally: If seller told me that my item was shipped to Yemen. However, I didn't receive it. Also, no one in Yemen called me to tell me that my item was received to Yemen, and it is being stuck in the customs department due to a specific customs issue. Thus, I, myself, how to know if my item is being stuck in the customs department. So, I will only have one choice which that I will complain against the seller or vendor (eBay.com) to either send/ship another similar product/item to me c****ompensation for the first one I've not received, or refund my money. I'll will have the right to do that or not?

I would be saying that my HP existing DVD drive has this feature. Why do you think that BD-R/RE wirter Bruner Blueray doesn't have lightscribe. I've not seen any Blueray with lightscribe at all.
