    Hmm.  I know quite a few honest and trustworthy people here where I live, but the issue is them being interested.  For that matter, this is something that I could do, and I would never intentionally cheat or take advantage of you either.  But, I'm really concerned about the risks involved for all parties.  You would be putting your trust (and money) with someone you don't even know here in the US, but if the package got stolen in the Yemen Customs or Postal System, you wouldn't receive the merchandise you paid for.

    My biggest concerns are:

• The political situation in Yemen is very unstable right now, increasing the chances of theft.
• You don't have a real street address or P.O. Box, increasing the chances of loss.

Saudi Arabia, and others like (Egyptian, and Sudanese, Pakistan, and the US provide the oil for their planes in the atmosphere )have been striking Yemeni lands and kill the innocent Yemeni people hoping to kill the Houthis and Ali Saleh

Houthis whom the Gulf Arab peoples claim are the hands of Iran in Yemen. Why do all those countries(Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Sudan, the US) don't hit Iran with their planes if they think that Houthis are the hands for Iran in Yemen. As the saying goes if you want to kill the snake, you must hit it in its head(Iran), and not in its tail(Houthis in Yemen).

However, the truth is that Saudi Arabia, other Gulf Arab countries, the US, others want to control over the Yemen again.

Note: There are many Yemen lands(Jezan, Najran, Abha, Sharawra, Khamees Masheet, Aser) have been occupied by Saudi Arabia since 1930. And we don't see any Western or Arabic countries speak about this issue.

Moreover, there is no al-Qaeda in Yemen. If we recall well what happen in the US on 11 September, we can know that Osamah Bin Laden was a Saudi citizen, and not a Yemeni citizen -- which what means ???????

Saudi Arabia has reinforced its security on its borders with Yemen by building a barrier wall, which is equipped with electronic monitoring systems and has a height of 3 meters. Its aim is to prevent the infiltration of illegal immigrants into Saudi Arabia, across the Red Sea. Saudi Arabia has also embarrassed Yemen by announcing the deportation of nearly 18,620 Yemenis over the past week, as means of exerting pressure and blackmail on the new government - even though Yemeni workers have formed the backbone of the Saudi economy from the mid-seventies until 1990.

Houthis spread out in Sa'ada, Al-Jawf, Hajjah and other areas adjacent to the border with Saudi Arabia are a major threat to the goals of Saudi Arabia, which is introducing the new system in order to keep its word in Yemen after the revolution - something which gave rise to the largest military manoeuvres with the United States in its history. The ostensible aim of this was to confront al-Qaeda in Yemen, while the secret aim was to boost its grip on the oil.

This gave a strong impetus to the speed of movement on the Saudi side to control the « the oil treasure» in Yemeni territory, and it also explains the political deal behind the Jeddah agreement between Saudi Arabia and the regime of the former Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh. According to the terms of the agreement in 2000 Riyadh would be satisfied in return for financial grants to Yemeni officials and to elders who stood behind the agreement. But then Huthists (supported by Tehran as an influential player in Yemeni affairs) appeared on the scene to ruin the deal.

Yemen has the largest source of oil in the world, of which a section ( in a small area at a depth of 1800 meters) spans Saudi Arabia. The oil wells above which Yemen sits are located in some vital spots, such as the area between AL- Jawf, Marib and The Empty Quarter desert. This explains the accelerating of Saudi Arabian attempts to control these areas against Yemeni insistence without demarcating the border in these areas, and the sufficiency of demarcating of the border in the western desert. An oil expert in Yemen said the production of the AL- Jawf field, which is 5 million barrels per day, is being withdrawn in a horizontal manner to Saudi territory.

When I have posted the article above in my website at webs.com. They removed my contents, and frozen my website. This is the freedom which all Western countries call about.

After that, I am really still surprised that the Western countries always call to freedom. However, when a customer writes some political article such the one below in their website at webs.com, for instance, the webs.com owners freeze a customer's account.

What is most funny, and silly is that the articles(all contents) written in my website have been written since 2012 in my website at webs.com. However, the webs.com owners have now detected that those contents are abuse for their terms when the Saudi Arabia, and the US, and others have been striking Yemeni lands(Houthis and Ali Selah) with their planes.

    Secondly, I apologize for taking so long to respond.  I have been very busy in the last couple of weeks and just got to reading your question now and realized that I should have answered it long ago!  In the email without formatting, your questions looked so much longer than they were with the full quotation of my previous post included (but not formatted).

I am 99 percent sure this would be my final question. So, I wish to hear your opinion. 

    I really don't mind answering lots of questions from the same person; it's just that your questions are out of my area of expertise and some of them take significant time to research and answer best as I can!

If I am going to purchase these products from eBay by myself, then I will pay international shipping cost for each item I purchase. However, if I had had anyone residing in the US, then I could use his address as shipping address while purchasing from the eBay. Then, my products shipping fees will be accounted with the local American shipping fees. Then, that person residing in the US will ship all products once received in one package to Yemen(to me) with one international shipping fee.

That Yemeni merchant  uses his American friend's address as shipping address whenever wants  to be purchasing from eBay. Then, the products are shipped with local American shipping fees to his friend. Once products got received by his friend residing in the US, he ships them all in one package to Yemen(to Yemen merchant ) with one international shipping fee. I asked the Yemen merchant to introduce me for that  person with whom he deals if he wants to purchase products from the US via eBay. So, I will immediately deal with that person residing in the US instead of dealing with Yemen merchant. But he refused, and he told this is the secret of his profession from which he makes his living.

If I had had one trusted and honest residing in the US to use his address as shipping address while purchasing from eBay, it would be very useful for me since I will save the international shipping fee for each time I purchase from eBay. Unfortunately, I don't have any friends in the US at all.

So, whenever I want to purchase any products, goods from the eBay, I can use his address as my shipping address. When the item got received by him, he'll ship them ALL in one package to me by one international shipping fee. We can manage how to transfer the money of international shipping fee later. Also, We can make a deal with him and he can earn 20% as compensation for his risk and time.  Do you think this can go just fine?

    I would definitely not agree to combine all the items into one big shipment, due to the increased risk of complete loss and the larger sum of money involved.  The first step would be to see if a letter can get through, then an inexpensive item, then the expensive item (SSD, which is getting cheaper, by the way), and then, lastly, all the other items in one shipment.

    Another thing I've been musing on are GPS trackers, since tracking usually stops when the package leaves the originating country.  They are somewhat costly, but there are several experiments published online where people put them through the mail here in the US and had decent tracking.  I wonder if they would work worldwide since some GPSes require a location to be set before they can find satellites.

    At the moment, the only solution I can offer is to wait for things to calm down politically in your country.
