Using the expedited Mail Service(E.M.S), someday I deposited envelope containing some documents and a letter of appeal to appeal a reconsideration in processing my application form since I felt that my candidature was not assessed properly.

That file was sent from Yemen to Poland  by expedited Mail Service(E.M.S).

The steps I followed as follows::

Firstly: I wrote the Addressee's information:

Thirdly: after I've paid the E.M.S fee, I was given the receipt of E.M.S Item. On that receipt, there was the item number. I used this website http://www.post.ye, and  with that number, I could have been tracking my EMS shipment online since it was sent from the branch of post office in my city(Seyoun), then to the head post office in the capital city of Yemen(Sana'a). When my item got received by the head post office. Also, it took some days at the capital city moving from place to another.(As shown in the screen shot below). Then, when my item was arrived in  Poland, It took some time moving from place to another until it was arrived at the the intended destination which is: Uniwersytet Warszawski.(When I was tracking my item at that time, there were information on that table once the item just was arrived in Poland until it was arrived at the intended place, but I don't know why there are now no information about Poland's locations) I think since the item had been sent in 2013, the site was updated. However, I am still surprised why only there are still information about the Item while it was in Yemen, although the item was sent about two years ago.

I hope you can be able to  see the information on those screen shots below well to understand me well.

So, that way is a little bit perfect since the item's owner will still be able to track his item with its number since it was sent from the first station till the final destination(station).

I gave that scenario to only let you understand me what is going on my mind, then I ask my question below:

Firstly: If the seller at eBay.com would give me the number of an item I purchase, and a website via which I can track my item shipped, it would be a little bit perfect. So, I will be able to track my item to see where it may be stuck(in the country from which it was sipped, or in Yemen).

Even if I had selected 'expedited international shipping' while purchasing an item at eBay.com, I would not be able to online track my item shipped via the service 'expedited international shipping' like the way I tracked my expedited Mail Service(EMS) shipment(sent from Yemen to Poland) online.

In your 3rd paragraph, you mentioned mobile phone numbers being of importance, and that specific places of delivery are involved.  If this is how mail is delivered in your country, it sounds to me like your name and mobile number should be placed into the address field.  This would get it printed onto the label on the package.  All I know about your country's postal system is what you tell me, and then I can only make educated guesses based on our system in the US.  I'm sure you could get much better information on this subject from postal employees in your country and your HP agent who is dealing with both imports and local shipments.

The phone number may get printed onto the label from the "Phone number" field.  I was just suggesting that if it was used as a method of identification and announcement of arrival, and you didn't have an actual address to supply, that it might be better than an empty (or redundant) Street Address field.

    NOTE: The name at eBay.com has its own filed called ', and the address has its one field called 'street address' which is mandatory as well.  Also, the phone number has its own filed 'Phone number' which is mandatory.

So, my questions are:

Firstly: If I wrote my mobile  number, and my name on the street address, and left the contact name empty, thus I got error. So, I had to only write the mobile number on the address field.

Secondly: You think that all the information above (the contact name, street address(in my case mobile number), phone number, city, province, and country) all would be got printed onto the package?

I am somewhat confused with all the details and missing pictures in the first few questions, so I'll try to answer the ones I can below.  This forum has been having problems with losing images recently.

Firstly: I called some users working at head post office in Yemen, however, they didn't give me exact answer, They said sometime the shipment is lost while it was arrived in Yemen, however, in some other times it is arrived to the owner/buyer properly. This is not exact answer on which I can relying on. This let me also be quite confused. When I continue asking where it can be lost,/stuck, they didn't give me any answer. Also, why might item be lost? They told for unspecified reasons. I told them even if I have item number with which I can track the item online, they told me even with that thing, they cannot guarantee that the item will be 100 present arrived to the owner/buyer.

    Actually, this is to be expected.  The US Postal Service can't really guarantee the arrival of a package either.  And tracking won't help; all it will do is give you an idea of where the package was last seen, thus reassuring you that it is enroute, or informing you that it hasn't moved in two weeks and may be lost.  The real question to ask is how often are packages lost?  Is there a risk of postal employee theft?

Finally: If seller told me that my item was shipped to Yemen. However, I didn't receive it. Also, no one in Yemen called me to tell me that my item was received to Yemen, and it is being stuck in the customs department due to a specific customs issue. Thus, I, myself, how to know if my item is being stuck in the customs department. So, I will only have one choice which that I will complain against the seller or vendor (eBay.com) to either send/ship another similar product/item to me c****ompensation for the first one I've not received, or refund my money. I'll will have the right to do that or not?

    According to most reports on eBay, chances are very high that eBay will side with you (the buyer) if you don't get the item.  This is why there are so few sellers willing to ship to certain countries (including Yemen).  Actually, seller defrauding can be a problem on eBay; there are buyers  that will claim that they did not receive an item even though they did, just so that they get a refund and don't pay anything for the item they received.  Now, you're not in the US, and I'm not sure how this would affect eBay's feelings towards you in event of a dispute.

I would be saying that my HP existing DVD drive has this feature. Why do you think that BD-R/RE wirter Bruner Blueray doesn't have lightscribe. I've not seen any Blueray with lightscribe at all.

My existing Optical drive is: LightScribe SuperMulti DVD±R/RW with Double Layer Support,

    I really have never used LightScribe, and have not paid that much attention to what drives do and don't have it.  Perhaps there was a bigger market demand for cheap BluRay drives rather than fancy ones with features like LightScribe, and so now they are extremely rare.

I know that I have took quite a lot of your precious time, however, I am sure that this would be final questions. If you saw a notification, Could you please reply to my first questions?
