BSOD caused by SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION ntroskrnl.exe

Another day, another BSOD. At least this time I successfully managed to do my two flights of the day.  No STK03N program in add/remove programs.  The Hardisk error I believe relates to the flash USB drive I was using to update my BIOS.  It hasn't been connected since then, therefore no reports of it on event viewer for today.

One thing I have noticed is I have three audio drivers installed when I imagine I only should have two. The Sennheiser is my headset which is used daily and functions fine and dandy.

• AMD High Definition Audio Device
• Sennheiser USB headset
• VIA High Definition Audio

Still disappointed that we haven't found the cause of this BSOD but happy to keep plugging away. Could it be that we will never find the cause? :(

I suggest you run the Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostics Tool in normal mode and copy and paste the results in a reply for further analysis:

Run the Tool and when it completes click the Copy button, open a text file like Word or Notepad and select Edit, Paste. You can paste directly into a reply here. Open a reply, right click and select Paste.

As requested I have included both reports for your perusal.  I'm going to move my computer as I wonder if it is an overheating issue. I'm up for trying anything now to be honest...

You can use Speccy to check temperatures. It not suggested by the report uploaded that the computer is overheating but you need to put the system under pressure and then check temperatures. A game like Guild Wars 2 provides a demanding test.

Please provide an updated copy of your System Information file. Type System Information in the Search Box above the start Button and press the ENTER key (alternative is Select Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Information). Select File, Export and give the file a name noting where it is located. Do not place the cursor within the body of the report before exporting the file. The system creates a new System Information file each time system information is accessed. You need to allow a minute or two for the file to be fully populated before exporting a copy. Please upload the file to your OneDrive, share with everyone and post a link here. Reports in normal mode preferred. Please say if the report has been obtained in safe mode.

Please upload and share with everyone fresh copies of your System and Application logs from your Event Viewer to your One Drive and post a link here. You can remove any earlier copies of the logs from your OneDrive.

Please run Autoruns and select the Everything tab. Click File, Save and, using the scroll to the right, change the “Save as type” option from Autoruns Data (*.arn) to Text (*txt). The file name changes to AutoRuns.txt. Click the Save button and upload the file to your OneDrive as a shared file and post as a link here.
