Dave
I have completed the instructions as the 'itexperience.net' instructions. Was that the cause of my BSOD today?
I doubt that the error is causing the BSOD error. I suggested it to reduce the number of errors in your Event Viewer logs. Eliminating errors will result in a more stable system and therefore be less prone to error.
1) It says I'm entitled to an anytime upgrade to 64bit. It was my impression I was running 64bit. Have I missed something? It is ticked in green but that's confused me a tad.
It is saying you can upgrade your 64 bit version of Home Premium to Professional or Ultimate.
2) Adobe Media I've never used, yet when I try and uninstall using add/remove, it asks me to insert a disk.
Select the keyboard shortcut Windows Key + R, type Appwiz.cpl and press the ENTER key. Place the cursor on Adobe Media Player, right click and select Uninstall from the drop down menu. Restart your computer. When you do this does it still ask you to insert a disk? There are references to adfs.SYS, an Adobe driver in the dump file.
3) NeatImage I use sporadically and it has never caused an issue. Would like to keep it if I can. I'll check for a Windows 7 version.
Your version is 7.0. This link mentions version 7.6:
You have ArcSoft TotalMedia Extreme version 1.0.9.9. This seems to be a Retired products and apps:

Do you use it? It shows up in the dump files. I cannot say if it is causing the crash.
I suggest you investigate whether there are free updates for Adobe AIR and HP Photo Creations. Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor is not always 100% accurate. I use it to get information when I suspect that users have software that may not be totally compatible with Windows 7.
