How to install "Hearts" game in windows 10

Hundreds of people have stated that they were informed (re: misinformed) by MS (as was I) that their complete windows 7 files would be available to them when they converted from windows 7 to windows 10.  This was obviously (in view of what has transpired) a deliberate deception.  Many class action lawsuits have been based on less available evidence and support data.

Please provide a link or other evidence that indicates that Microsoft claimed that "...complete Windows 7 files would be available..."  It never happened.

I agree. The games prior to WIN10 were simple, played locally and never crashed. Now all free games are full of adds, require an internet connection and crash 60+ percent of the time. I'm currently using Hearts the Classic by Sublime Co. Of the recent 30 games I started, 17 crashed when I started them or during play before I finished the game. Same happens with all the other games I downloaded from the Store.

You do realize that you stole my games.  I did not sign up for WIn10.  You sent it down without permission and then wrote over games that I had purchased.

All you have to do is reinstall them.  Nothing was "stolen."
