Hearts for Windows 10 - part 2

After reviewing all of the posts to my original message (shown below in italics) about the original Hearts game being deleted from Windows 10, please allow me to make some comments about the current abundant load of "trashy" Hearts games that Microsoft now offers for free and otherwise as "alternatives":

a) The new games are way, way too easy to figure out. I've played Hearts Deluxe some 86 times and have a 78% win rating. I have 48 moons in some 350 games. This is ridiculous. In the original game the most I ever achieved in 10+ years of playing was 68 to 70%. That was far more challenging.

b) The new "Free" games are NOT free. They have ads that are annoying and that take up a lot of screen "real estate".

c) The Paid game is worse than the free games as far a challenge goes.

d) The programmers of the games do not appear to have a lot of knowledge or abilities regarding the game strategies and nuances. They may be good programmers, but they are not "Hearts players".

e) The original game was clean, nicely thought out, well presented, had great graphics, and was fun as well as challenging.

It was not like playing "real" hearts against human opponents, but it still had enough nuances and tricks that made it interesting.

Why - I still ask - was it pulled? Where is the game now? Has it been discarded to some trash heap of technology forever? Has it been banned for life or to another planet? What did Microsoft do with it? Won't they even sell it?

Who is the "genius" that decided to pull the Hearts game from Windows?

This was one of the best features of windows when you needed to take a break from the information overloads.

WHY?

Was it taking up too much software space?

Was it bothering anyone?

Was it as social burden?

Come on guys - we know you were not making money on these type of features and your would rather reap huge rewards from vicious and bloody war and terror games, but not everyone is into that.

Sometime you want to exercise your mind.

Is that a sin?

Will that hurt Microsoft?

Maybe you did not have the chance to learn more about windows 10. I found it way better than previous windows and other operating systems. The only thing missing is windows famous games like Hearts and Solitaires.

Hi,

Maybe you found it on your computer only, because I did not find "Games" in my windows 10's turn programs features on or off. Do you have any other suggestion please?

Hi Walter,

It looks like Microsoft noticed the great success of this game and decided to sell it to us. Otherwise, I do not see any other reason for not including it in widows 10!

If your looking for the original hearts, minesweeper and solitaire games from previous microsoft windows versions......... your outa luck. The goons removed those games in all windows 10 upgrades and left the public to shop ( even for free ) for games online. Should you choose a free hearts game or pretty much any free game, you will be sadly disappointed. All are slow, poorly laid out and splash your screen with pop-up advertising. So much for free huh? Many have decided to dump Windows 10 altogether and revert back to an older version of windows. Not sure if turning on or off the windows feature in windows 10 will make one iota of a difference in what you want. I for one was EXTREMELY disappointed in the new FREE windows 10 upgrade for many reasons but mostly due to the fact it is a sales driven version of windows. May have a few cool features for making all your devices more comparable but at what cost?? Even your very privacy that had little protection is at great risk in Windows 10. Each and every day we allow ourselves to give up a little more of our lives to the powers that be just by clicking the Accept button. Good luck and hope you find the answers you need for your games and gaming.

I am running Windows 10 Enterprise and could not find games in the program and features - turn windows features on or off?
