Split from this thread. Hello, I see a C:\Windows\System32\catroot and wondered if this is about WU as well, sicne you had me rename catroot2 near the start of this thread? I am now receving "Error 1" when installing "Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5, 4.5.1 and 4.5.2 on Windows 7, Vista, Server 2008, Server 2008 R2 x64 (KB3037581)" Any ideas?

With CCleaner (www.piriform.com)

I'll check some websites in a few then see about removing HP Calendar. I have never used it though. Not sure why it would be doing an error???

When & why was MalwareBytes Anti-Malware (MBAM) installed? Is it MBAM Premium or MBAM Free? Has MBAM ever detected & quarantined anything since it's been installed?

Do you have backups of ALL the changes registry cleaners (e.g., CCleaner) have EVER made to the computer? [1]
