"Error 1" when installing "Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework

Hello,

I see a C:\Windows\System32\catroot and wondered if this is about WU as well, sicne you had me rename catroot2 near the start of this thread?

I am now receving "Error 1" when installing "Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5, 4.5.1 and 4.5.2 on Windows 7, Vista, Server 2008, Server 2008 R2 x64 (KB3037581)"

Any ideas?

What concerns me now is the bad results in the "sfc /scannow" results...

This update contains the following two manifests that are occasionally updated by the Diagnostic Tracking Service:
- telemetry.ASM-WindowsDefault.json
- utc.app.json
The two files are marked as static files in the update. When an advanced user runs the System File Checker Tool (sfc.exe), the files are unintentionally flagged as corrupted.There is no impact or corruption on a device that is running this update, and this issue will be fixed in a later service update.
