I can't download whatsapp on my phone Lumia 530

Hi Thalion, thanks for you help. My date and time are are correct, however how do I reset my phone? I have not actually changed any ig the setting cos the phone is just three weeks old. Thanks again for your help is really appreciate.

Did you check if you install any other apps from the store?

If you can install other apps, the issue with whatsapp  may be a temporary issue. But If you keep getting the same error when you try to install other apps/games, a phone reset may be required.

This error code appears when trying to download an app from the Store and is caused by incomplete information in your Microsoft account profile. Aside from the recommendations given by the community, you can also consider checking these options:

• Option 1: Check if your account needs attention: Go to Settings > email+accounts. Tap and hold on Microsoft account and select sync. If it says "attention required", tap on it and follow the instructions to verify your email address.
• Option 2: Browse to https://account.live.com, sign in using your Microsoft account email address. If your email address is not verified, simply click the verify your email address link and you will receive an email from the Microsoft account team with instructions on verifying your address.
