It maybe wordy, but it presents the findings that may be necessary for MS engineers to figure where the problem is. Having followed the thread this far, I am convinced, the solution I have posted may be the solution that will work for most.
For those who have decided that they have waited long enough and want a solution, I will encourage you to go back to page 24 of this thread and try the solution. Heck, I don't need any acknowledgement. Just fix your machines with it.
