PC games not in fullscreen in Windows 10

I nned help with PC Games not in fullscreen when the resolution is on 1024x768 and the Intel Control Panel does not give me an option to switch to full screen when in 1920x1080 resolution and switching the screen resolution to lower and set to scale fullscreen, launch the game and still not in full screen.

    I Use this trick for many years on win xp, vista, 7, and 8.1, but it is not applicable on win 10!

    It's not just Intel, I've got AMD R9 series GPU & exactly the same problem. 8 core CPU / 32G ram / 1T SSD & HDTV, might as well play on a phone for the display I get. Just like with Vista I went back to XP, I'll be going back to 7 from 10. It all worked great on that, now I have apps instead of programs, lots of fancy looking stuff that doesn't do much. Stuff for phones & laptops not serious computers.

    It happens on every PC games that dont have 1920x1080 screen resolution. And I downloaded and installed the latest version of Intel Graphics card but the version still says 10.18.15.4256.

    Hi Oliver,

    Is this issue specific to this particular game only? If yes, in which game is this bahaviour noticed?

    This issue could occur if the your playing a game at a different resolution than the desktop resolution. I owuld suggest you to se the resolution for both as the same and then check if the issue persists. If the issue persits, I owuld suggest you to install the drivers from the manufacturer's website in comatibility mode. Try these steps and let us know the results.
