Windows update KB3004394 issues

Windows update KB3004394  causes the following issues on my Windows 7 x64 Ultimate system:

All MMC functions (Event Viewer, etc.) now require Administrator action, although in an Administrator account.

Windows Defender service will not start

The Windows Defender Service Terminated with the following error

%%-2147023113

Removing it  returns the system to normal.

Anyone else experience this?

    Uninstall from an elevated command prompt:

    wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:3004394

    Uninstall from an elevated command prompt:

    wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:3004394

    I'll try it when the next one happens.

    Does anyone have the bad KB as a standalone installer or MSI (for x64 Win7)?  My PC didn't pick it up while it was active and I would like to do some uninstall testing.  I have had two customer calls so far today and guess that I might even see belated reports for a few weeks.

    Can confirm on 4 PC's, 3 Windows 7 sP1,  one Windows 8.1, I removed kb:3004394 and  the SFC scan protected files as okay, with said errors.

    Another problem though, is that the task manager when opened up and clicking on "show process from all  user" it and "start button" become unresponsive freeze up with or with out the kb:3004394, so  I question  if another kb causing those issues too? PC are virus malware free, all worked fine before these last Microsoft Windows updates.

    Anyone know the kb:3004394 equivalent on Vista? That one now yields protected files are corrupt too now on SFC after MICROSOFT WINDOWS UPDATES.
