Windows update KB3004394  causes the following issues on my Windows 7 x64 Ultimate system:

All MMC functions (Event Viewer, etc.) now require Administrator action, although in an Administrator account.

Windows Defender service will not start

The Windows Defender Service Terminated with the following error

%%-2147023113

Removing it  returns the system to normal.

Anyone else experience this?

True blue here and no problems.

Good to hear! That was a pretty rash statement on my part, because it only takes one affected user with no third-party certificate-consuming software installed to disprove it. Still, none has come forward yet ...

So Adobe Flash Player works fine here with IE11. It just goes to show how variable user experiences can be.

    true-blue IE users

Not true I have been having issues with adobe flash player since I installed ie11 before with ei9 no problems at all but with ei11 I  have since reinstalled and updated flash player  countless times to no avail the only content I watch is what HTML5 reads.

All other browsers, on this machine, have flash player but ei wont accept it otherwise its my browser of choice and also it doesn't remember my passwords eg. for Facebook Gmail yahoo and occasionally outlook you have to sign in every time

so Microsoft please do something about it

I use win 7 ultimate service pack 1 on A Samsung RV 510 notepad

The next time this pops up, click to follow the prompt and go onto to reactivate the computer.
