KB3004394 wasn't released for Vista. I think you just have a coincidence in issues of patching.
Yes, it was the coincidence of scanning sfc /scannow protected system files in Windows Vista that also yielded errors that Windows said that it could not fix after the 12 /10 /2014 updates
I uninstalled them and now scf scans are fine with out them, so it seems that Microsoft is being consistent at messing things up across their products with other the Windows updates? Or Coincidence?
Should I install them again and see what happens? Or do I bother wasting my time and see if they release a hotfix for one of those to? Not sure which, one my guess it is one of the first 3 or more.
1.Update for Windows Vista (KB3013410)
2.Security Update for Windows Vista (KB3013126)
3.Security Update for Windows Vista (KB2992611)
Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 9 for Windows Vista (KB3008923)
Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool - December 2014 (KB890830)
Thanks
