Problem with Windows 10 & Minesweeper Adventure

I've recently upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1. I've played Minesweeper Adventure & Treasure Hunt numerous times when I had Windows 8.1 with no difficulty. Now that I've upgraded to Windows 10, the screen is blacked off to the right. The game board that is covered up by the black screen will move to a point and then stop. Arrow buttons will not move the screen like they did in Windows 8.1. At no point is the entire level of the game able to be seen like it was seen in Windows 8.1.
I haven't checked to see if it happens in other games.
Does anyone know what might be wrong or how to fix it?

2017-03-02T16:42:31+00:00 same here, except when I try to zoon in at the end of a level, it sends my avatar to a random location in the game, sometimes it turns out ok, sometimes it sends me right in to a mine. No way am I upgrading as long as this issue exists. Game still plays fine on a laptop I haven't upgraded to 10, but it's a slow computer so I wont be playing often on that one

Right click on the desktop and then select display settings and set at 150%. After doing this you should be able to see the right side of the board. Nevertheless, Microsoft should fix this problem!

2017-03-17T04:03:08+00:00 That is not a fix but rather a long-known workaround.
Even though the right side is blacked out, as long as you keep moving to to the right the upcoming portions of the game board reveal themselves out of the darkness UNTIL you get near the end of the game board. That's when it stops revealing any more of the board and you can't move forward without going into the darkness and, no doubt, hitting a mine.
The workaround is to go as far as you can at 100% then, near the end when no more board will reveal itself, you zoom in and then the board comes into view, albeit at an agonizing and annoying close-up magnitude. If you have a wheel on your mouse, you just roll the wheel to zoom in or out.
Nevertheless, that is still not enough to make the game worth continuing to play. I have not played the game for several months, whenever I upgraded to Windows 10 and realized that the low-lives at Microsoft could care less about us and were not going to lift a finger to fix the damage they had done and even worse, the great disservice they have done to people who have been playing Minesweeper for decades.
If you can stand using the work around then by all means enjoy yourself. I think a lot of people (probably most long-time Minesweeper Adventure and Treasure Hunt players) just use the workaround to get out of the game without stepping on a mine and then stop playing, maintaining their levels and resources, in hopes that during their lifetimes the developers at Microsoft will get their thumbs out of their **** and fix the blackout issue.
