Why can't Microsoft fix this problem?
Problem with Windows 10 & Minesweeper Adventure
I've recently upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1. I've played Minesweeper Adventure & Treasure Hunt numerous times when I had Windows 8.1 with no difficulty. Now that I've upgraded to Windows 10, the screen is blacked off to the right. The game board that is covered up by the black screen will move to a point and then stop. Arrow buttons will not move the screen like they did in Windows 8.1. At no point is the entire level of the game able to be seen like it was seen in Windows 8.1.
I haven't checked to see if it happens in other games.
Does anyone know what might be wrong or how to fix it?

2016-08-06T19:40:57+00:00 Thanks. This is the only answer I have had success with. Recently my window ended up maximized and I can not make it anything but tiny in task view and none of the answers have solved my problem. At least now I can play Adventure and not risk an early death searching for the stairs.

2016-08-10T01:38:07+00:00 I had the same problem in Win10, which I use on a Sony laptop AND with an addition screen connected via an HDMI cable. As soon as I unplugged the HDMI monitor I got a full game view on the laptop screen. Whether it will work for others I couldn't say.
