Error Code 0x80240438 when trying to download apps

I am receiving the error code 0x80240438 when trying to download apps from the app store.  Any thoughts anyone?

    I am having this happen on windows 10 build 9879 as well any one else here running the preview as well on duel boot?

    I'm going to throw my hat in the "me too" mix.  3 PCs and none can install apps right now.  Something is up...

    Yep, same problem here. Definitely a Microsoft Store issue.  If effectively it works on Microsoft support side, this is going to be a tricky one to debug...

    I'm also having this issue, tried 4 computers with two different accounts from 2 different ISPs, even tried doing a system refresh on my surface pro 3 with no luck what so ever.

    Very frustrating, at least make an announcement that there is a problem with the store.  Save people the headache.
