My old games- spider solitaire, freecell, and mohjong titans.

Hello,

I upgraded from 7 to 10 and now I am missing my games file that had the old games such as spider solitaire, freecell, and mohjong titans.  Is there anyway to get them back other than what is in the app store?

From what I saw on the app store there are around 138 versions of Mohjong Titans, some with low ratings, some with high ratings.  I tried a couple different ones and found them to be covered with advertisements.  I would also like to play without having to be online all the time.

I would appreciate a note of how to get my regular games back on- or on how I can send Microsoft a note of disappointment.

    Same answer as the so-called clickwrap and shrinkwrap licenses: once I've gotten the package home, I do indeed own my copy, and it's too late for M$ to set any conditions on its use.  Using what I own is not an agreement to anything.

    I think you are confusing ownership with 'right to use' - as code (such as that making up an Operating System, digital game, etc.) falls more under copyright law than property law; or, more directly, intellectual property.  ;-)  Software is an 'intangible' in the eyes of the law.

    Much like your tractor (or GM vehicle), you only own the right to USE the software included, you do not own the software.  ;-)

    I agree.  PLEASE return the option for the old freecell, mahjong, solitaire an spider!  I just want to play and not have to download these games every time that I want to play.  :( unhappy about this change.
