Can't send email, keep getting server error 3219, Windows Live Mail error 0x8DE00005

I just recently started getting this error when using Live Mail synced with my hotmail account

Server Error: 3219

Server: http://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync\_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00005

Looked for solutions online and tried most of the suggestions, but most are several years old and no longer apply since the switch to Outlook.

Server: http://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync\_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00005

The error codes indicate that this Outlook.com account has been upgraded to the new version. Please sign into the account at http://mail.live.com; you should see something like the Outlook Mail banner shown here in the top left-hand corner of the window:

This means that you can't use DeltaSync to access this account any more, because Outlook Mail is not provisioned for it. You'll find step-by-step instructions for setting up the account to use IMAP instead on this page:

If you sign in in Windows Live Mail with this account, you'll find that the calendar will no longer synchronize.

    Worked great, Thanks . I looked at several posts about this issue until I found this one and it worked. 

    Summary: 

    Certain Hotmail accounts were migrated to the preview of the new version of Outlook on the Web and no longer can be added to Windows Live Mail without the manual configuration described by User 333

    I had to go Outlook.com, log into my affected account as described, go to Options and under Account look for POP and IMAP to find my settings to transfer to WLM under manual set up.

    I have multiple accounts and some were affected by this change and some were not.

    Had the same issue using Vista and microsoft outlook professional 2003 Problem solved with manual configuration.

    my window live mail won't send of receive been broke for may be 4 to 5 week won't send or receive mail show errors 3219 and other number always out box hold all emails and will not send
