Can't send email, keep getting server error 3219, Windows Live Mail error 0x8DE00005

I just recently started getting this error when using Live Mail synced with my hotmail account

Server Error: 3219

Server: http://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync\_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00005

Looked for solutions online and tried most of the suggestions, but most are several years old and no longer apply since the switch to Outlook.

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00005

The error codes indicate that this Outlook.com account has been upgraded to the new version. Please sign into the account at http://mail.live.com; you should see something like the Outlook Mail banner shown here in the top left-hand corner of the window:

This means that you can't use DeltaSync to access this account any more, because Outlook Mail is not provisioned for it. You'll find step-by-step instructions for setting up the account to use IMAP instead on this page:

If you sign in in Windows Live Mail with this account, you'll find that the calendar will no longer synchronize.

    If you sign in to Outlook at THIS LINK you can then pin it to your start menu if you don't like the new "Mail" app that comes with Windows 10. Just click those three dots in the upper right corner of the toolbar and select "Pin to Start" for easy access to your mail from then on.

    I called Microsoft, and unless I misunderstood, Microsoft stopped supporting windows live mail with the new Microsoft windows update, they appear to be pushing the new mail that comes with windows 10, apparently, the new mail program lost a lot of features that made windows live mail so fast and convenient ... I believe I understand that if you have the money, you can buy Microsoft Outlook 2016, but when I used an earlier version of outlook I had many issues with windows 10
