Network Problem in Signing in Nokia Account

Hi Team,

In the past few days I am having a problem in loggin in the Nokia Account of my Lumia 630,It shows connecting ->gathering your Options --> then shows Network Problem Try again Later.However all of the internet related Applications are working fine .Have tried resetting .Didn't worked.My apps are all upto date.Can anyone please suggest me .I am not able to use the MIX Radio due to This

    Hi Abi99

    I am from India, I have Airtel Broadband At home(wifi) and Airthel 3G but none of them works.

    I am not sure of Service Provider for Wifi connection at Office but it works with out a problem.

    Hi pknellore,

    Do you mean to say that it works only in Wifi and not in Mobile Carrier Internet ?Earlier that was not the case.

    when you move out of wifi.does it work in mobile carrier network 2G or 3G ?

    Hi 

    I'm not able to connect to my nokia account. I tried logging in through mixradio/heremaps/nokia accounts/email+accounts. I tried factory resetting my phone. Still no luck. Im unable to use maps/mixradio especially due to the same. In fact now it doesnt even reach the login page. im able to login my web browser comfortably though.

    I also have the same problem on my 920. For me since cyan update, phone has not been able to log in to Nokia account. Doesn't even load up the login screen. It always reports "network problem". I have tried over high speed Wi fi and 3g. Looks like many others are facing the same issue. I tried doing a factory reset but that didn't fix it :(

    On my friend's 720, he didn't face this issue however.

    Note: I installed cyan through Nokia software recovery tool and he did over the air update. Could that be the issue?

    Hello Subhodeep47

    It only works when i am connected to WIFI in Office. It will not work with WIFI at home or the mobile carrier network 2G or 3G.
