Network Problem in Signing in Nokia Account

Hi Team,

In the past few days I am having a problem in loggin in the Nokia Account of my Lumia 630,It shows connecting ->gathering your Options --> then shows Network Problem Try again Later.However all of the internet related Applications are working fine .Have tried resetting .Didn't worked.My apps are all upto date.Can anyone please suggest me .I am not able to use the MIX Radio due to This

    Nokia account does not exist since April 2015.

    Marcin, Microsoft Answers is available in Polish as well. Simply select ‘English’ at the bottom of this webpage and then ‘Polski’. I think, that eases communication because the actual cause of your issue in not related to the term ‘Nokia Account’. As LCRT tried to explain, this is technically impossible.

    When you post there, please, name the model of your phone. If possible, name the OS version you use, for example Lumia 830 Windows 10 Mobile. Furthermore, try to explain at a non-technical level what you are trying to do, but what does not work as expected. For example, when you open the app People on your phone, you do not see any Contacts anymore (or are some Contacts not listed anymore). When you open the app Messages, the messages before data x are gone (or do you see no message at all, even when you create a new one). Apple once had a concise tutorial how to create such a description.

    The problem is, when you mention some technology, which cannot be the cause or is unrelated, you get answers like the one from LCRT – which do not help further, but just educate you that this cannot be.

    For my Nokia account I use GMAIL account as login.

    1. Where in the phone menu did you see that username?
    2. Where in the phone menu do you see your Microsoft account?
    3. Which username do you use for the Microsoft account: Your GMail address as well or an E-mail address from Microsoft (like …@live.com)?
    4. few days – are you about weeks, months or just around one week by now?

    I also was surprised. I have MS account connected to my phone and it works fine. All apps like OneNote or calendar works fine. For my Nokia account I use GMAIL account as login. And about this account was my discussion with support. If it hasn’t work for about a year, so where are my sms and contacts? What happened with them? I have more than 5GB of free space and all updates installed. What I had noticed one time, was that I have two Outlook accounts on the list, when new contact is created.  I want to get this data back. What should I do?

    I checked, now I have only one Outlook account on the list so something had to change few days ago, and the only one difference is this account which can be set as Nokia Account on Mobile.
