Halo Combat Evolved Windows 10

I've been playing Mass Effect 3. And I'm pretty sure that its quite resource-demanding game. Also, I don't see any error in playing mass effect 3. But what I don't understand is why such low requirements game doesn't play well in my laptop? I've tried to solve this thing. I found that a guy had same problem, but had change his hardware to make it play well. Another solution was editing the "config.txt" file in the game file directory! I cant change my hardware, so I tried to edit "config.txt". They said about something to change 'useanistropicgraphic' or something like that. I could not find the word.

So i am out of all ideas!

I got anomalies like that in various games shortly before figuring out my graphics card was fried, try playing different games and see if you can notice anything in those games. I particularly noticed it in Fallout and SWTOR, not sure if it was memory that fried or whatever but you should definitively try some resource-demanding games as well as different game engines (for example CryEngine, Unreal Engine etc).

hi, i'm a windows 10 user. I have another problem of playing Halo combat evolved. I installed it on my Windows 10 computer. I installed the patches for it up to version 1.10. When I play it, objects (in particular characters and trees) seem to stretch across the screen. The game is playable, but it's rather annoying. Here's an example: https://imgur.com/a/q6CkA 

I tried running it in compatibility mode for WinXP and WinVista, but it didn't fix anything.

While searching for solutions, I discovered Halo Custom Edition. I installed it, including patches up to 1.10. I downloaded all the regular campaign maps and a new UI file according to the instructions. However, it still does it!

Can anyone please help solving this problem.

• DELL Inspiron 15 5000 series
• Intel Core i5
• 8 GB DDR3 RAM
• 4 GB Radeon graphic card
• Windows 10
