Latest software release for Nokia Lumia 640 is Lumia Denim (02177.00000.15184.36xxx/8.10.15148.160):

  • Voice over LTE support enabled for selected operators.
  • Native Wi-Fi calling support enabled for EE  UK and T-Mobile USA.
  • Additional improvements to stability, audio quality, Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity, national roaming, and more.

    i would like to ask again, why is my device not listed on your windows phone 8 availability list?

    when will i receive any updates again?

    The only answer i can think off is that the update is for LTE versions (update says: Voice over LTE support enabled for selected operators) and we have 640 dual sim version (not LTE).

    Because your Lumia 640 ‘firmware variant’ (Product Code = 059…) has not received that update, yet. Currently on that webpage, only those firmware variants with an update are listed. Furthermore, that webpage is rather useless because it does not show the type, code, or variant which leads to much confusion in the past already. There is only one answer: You have to wait until your phone notifies you about an update.

    The update is available for all Lumia 640 ‘types’, even for a Lumia 640 without LTE (type = RM-1077).
