  • Voice over LTE support enabled for selected operators.
  • Native Wi-Fi calling support enabled for EE  UK and T-Mobile USA.
  • Additional improvements to stability, audio quality, Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity, national roaming, and more.

    I have not checked first hand, but my understanding is that the setting to toggle Wi-Fi calling on/off  would be visible only on EE/T-Mobile USA software SW variants, and it's not possible to use the feature on an unlocked phone with EE/T-Mobile SIM-card.

    Hi armagon,

    I have a handset with Manufacturer name RM-1062_1022. The model displayed under Settings - About is id321-1, the OS version is 8.10.15091.100 and the firmware version is 02157.00000.14513.50001

    The handset is a prototype that I use at my job since before launch. Lately I tried to get Windows 10 Insider on it, as well as Update 2, etc, but I never get any updates.

    Is there a way to get a commercial build on this handset, something that can take the generally available updates?

    1. my phone doesnt exist in the availability list

    germany - lumia 640 (RM-1077_1011) - dual sim - country variant

    2.  my firmware version is 15103

    i checked the windows phone recovery tool, it says 15103 is the latest version on the server

    should i install insider preview or just wait for over the air update?

    your have a normal firmware variant. However, your particular firmware variant has not received the update, yet. For further explanation, please,

    That only updates your OS version not your firmware version. Please, post your Product Code.

    In your special case, MishuRO, you should talk to the one who gave you this handset. Officially, only Microsoft Mobile Care is able to change the Product Code, which would turn your handset into a production firmware variant, which would give updates over the air – when release for that firmware variant.
