    RM-1067 / LUMIA 640 XL DS. I want to update version with LTE mode. Is that possible? Then I salve my net work problem. I want to use JIO sim whith my handset.

    Hi:

    Also I talked to the Tech. Rep. @ Expansys ( who happens to be a ex. T-Mobile employee ) and he said phones sold by Expansys wont support WIFI as they are non branded and only if T-Mobile sell Dual SIM then we can expect WIFI.

    Hi armagon,

    I have a handset with Manufacturer name RM-1062_1022. The model displayed under Settings - About is id321-1, the OS version is 8.10.15091.100 and the firmware version is 02157.00000.14513.50001

    The handset is a prototype that I use at my job since before launch. Lately I tried to get Windows 10 Insider on it, as well as Update 2, etc, but I never get any updates.

    Is there a way to get a commercial build on this handset, something that can take the generally available updates?
