Video controls are small - How to resize?

I just got a new computer and every video I've watched the video controls (play button, video timeline, expand, etc) are all very small, on every website and on different video players. The video player size is fine, just not the controls. I've tried changing the resolution, it just changes the screen size, doesn't work. IE video controls seem to ok, but Firefox is where the issue is.

Laptop is a HP Envy 14 sleekbook.

I also have this problem. Might I add, my Dell 1700 is brand new, paid $1,400 on it and made ZERO changes or software add-ons, so... yeah. ONE ANSWER I have ran across that I'm willing to accept is that the buttons that are small are actually just pictures, and because og the better resolution of newer computers, it minuscule's the buttons to stay within pixelation. No way around it if that's the case, they need to rebuild these programs instead.

I also have the same problem with my Lenovo Yoga 900. I was hoping that there would be a solution posted.

They need to fix the program.  I have a MICROSOFT Surface Book, THEIR computer.  Too small to use the buttons.

Best fix...use a different application since MS doesn't really care.

I've got a Surface Pro 4 and facing the same issue with extremely minuscule buttons in certain applications. Increasing the scaling does not seem to help this. The lack of support and delayed fix by microsoft is unsurprising.

I have the same problem with an Asus 13.3 inch high-res netbook, a Signature Edition version (that is, bought from Microsoft itself and supposedly optimized) with Windows 10. I'm really surprised there isn't a fix for this by now. Does MS monitor this forum for issues that need to be addressed? If not, how do we report issues in such a way that they get noticed?

I'm going to go blind trying to use certain applications...
