Video controls are small - How to resize?

I just got a new computer and every video I've watched the video controls (play button, video timeline, expand, etc) are all very small, on every website and on different video players. The video player size is fine, just not the controls. I've tried changing the resolution, it just changes the screen size, doesn't work. IE video controls seem to ok, but Firefox is where the issue is.

Laptop is a HP Envy 14 sleekbook.

I strongly disagree with your comment Mr. I think it is important to keep going with the same thread, to continue to highlight the emergency to fix this issue and the incompetency of Microsoft at dealing with issues.

I just bought a Surface Pro, my first Windows laptop in 10 years, and I am uninspired to suffer a bug and then find that it has been something people has been complaining about for over 6 years....

Please focus your efforts on escalating this in the troubleshoot priority list of the Windows teams rather than applying deceiving tactics to bury users' concerns.

have to go slow with the pen

Don't overlook using the Magnifier (Lens mode) or  Zoom.    <eg>

In fact, right now even though I am using a mouse on a non-Touch screen for some reason my Magnifier Lens has sprouted the Touch Magnifier's lugs!  More quirks to learn and exploit.

Windows 10.  Still an Adventure ("Twisty passages, all different.")

It has happened since I received my new MS surface Book (I7, 16GB ram, NVidia) new from MS, no other programs installed. It is still happening today with all the updates they have pushed out. I even manually check for updates daily.

Did you see the low quality of suggestions on the first few pages? I was shocked. I have done help desk / IT support from desktop to server for years and it is obvious from the first post that some of those suggestion were from completely noob help desk.

Frustrating ! $2700 laptop with so many problems and such potential.

    Those suggestions by http://www.windowscentral.com/how-make-text-apps-bigger-windows-10

don't work everywhere / in all programs just in some places. I have a new MS Surface book, it is a beutiful machine but Windows 10 holds it back. MS took a step back in windows 10. Controls in many programs (Microsoft's windows 10 programs and aftermarket ones too) are tiny, small enough that i have to go slow with the pen. It is a bad scaling problem.

Thanks for the answer, haven't tried it as I don't mess around in the regedit just for this, plus it doesn't solve the issue for all programs.

I have contacted MS social media profiles and they've told me to use the Windows Feedback App in the app store to suggest fixes, etc, I haven't tried it yet but others should try it out so we can this issue out there.
