I just got a new computer and every video I've watched the video controls (play button, video timeline, expand, etc) are all very small, on every website and on different video players. The video player size is fine, just not the controls. I've tried changing the resolution, it just changes the screen size, doesn't work. IE video controls seem to ok, but Firefox is where the issue is.
Laptop is a HP Envy 14 sleekbook.

Okay, I don't know about you all but I had enough. I spent way too much in my surface 4 pro to just sit here and complain. Let's use social media to our advantage. Just once voice may go u heard so let's all raise this issue on their twitter page. I will be doing it later today. You guys need to do something as this is getting very irritating.
Shouldn't everything be documented here to follow through from the original issue? Shouldn't it stay here due to the extreme age of the thread to demonstrate that M$ hasn't effectively solved this issue? I am having the same problem on a freshly installed windows 10 pc. Everything looked just fine in 8.1 on this exact same hardware. All drivers are up to date, tried all of the proposed solutions that had no effect on the issue at hand. Someone going to do something about this? It is clearly a wide spread issue that needs to be addressed.
Absolutely, it's a computer wide issue and it's happening on different programs so it's a W8.1/10 bug, not a specific program issue. I do agree that if you're having a different problem than what we're experiencing then please create a separate thread.

Having the same problem as well, really fed up with my surface 4 and this is one thing that is really frustrating and I can't believe Microsoft can't fix this small problem really appalling customer service for a company that is worth billions. FIX THE ISSUE!!
