I get error 800F0922 when installing KB3022345 update.
I've tried it both automatically and manually, and always get the same error.

Folks, we all need to look very carefully at the issues that this update has caused on our systems.
I have followed all the processes and procedures that have been put in these posts and I now find that I have two corruptions on my system. These are:-
AutoAnalysis::
CORRUPT: C:\WINDOWS\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-u..ed-telemetry-client_31bf3856ad364e35_6.3.9600.17807_none_34ec27432242ab0d\utc.app.json
CORRUPT: C:\WINDOWS\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-u..ed-telemetry-client_31bf3856ad364e35_6.3.9600.17807_none_34ec27432242ab0d\telemetry.ASM-WindowsDefault.json
These relate to the patch that we have been having issues with.
I have still not seen any official statement from Microsoft with regard to the issues that they have created with the April version of the patch and subsequent re-release in May.
Come of Moderators / Microsoft admit that you got it very wrong in April and tell us how we can fix the corruptions that you have caused on our systems.

Assuming that by following all the posts you have uninstalled the original flawed update and replaced it with the new release you can now repair these files as follows -
Press Winkey+X, select Command Prompt (Admin), click Yes in the UAC box, then paste the following line into the window
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
and press enter. Once finished the dialogue will confirm a successful repair.
