Try this:
- Uninstall KB3045999
- It will ask you to restart windows, but DON'T RESTART
- Install KB3022345
- Restart Windows
- Install KB3045999
- Restart Windows

I get error 800F0922 when installing KB3022345 update.
I've tried it both automatically and manually, and always get the same error.

Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere in the thread (it is rather long) but there are other issues with this update, so I am taking the opportunity to report them here.
The install failed at the first attempt but succeeded (without a restart) after I clicked on the retry button, however the following issues became apparent thereafter.
Uninstalling KB3022345 and running the DSIM online restorehealth command subsequently returns a clean system file check.
These events occured on my Lenovo laptop and were replicated exactly on my brother's HP desktop.
From all this I would suggest that users abandon any attempt to get this update to install.
But that only fixes Installation, nothing more.
At last, it seems as if Microsoft would've retired KB3022345; I didn't intall it, I didn't hide it, but it doesn't appear as a disposable update.
