Sangeeta, I performed the repair to see if it corrected the problem and it did not.  Microsoft Solitaire still does not work.

I gave up Microsoft Solitaire Collection, the first weekend of July. While playing Free cell , a virus hit me and knocked me out for a week. I gave up. Got m7 computer back up a week later.

thank you ,after all this time it was only a matter of reistalling windows 10 ,and some fellow helped me do that and I thank one and all its workng just fine :)  Jimmy
