How about fixing the original problem instead of us end users having to go through hoops just to run a simple program? Is Microsoft Solitaire Collection such a security threat issue that we have to create a new profile to run it when it aborts for such reasons? BTW, this also affects Internet Explorer and Edge (see the attached post I have in another Microsoft forum.)

"I’m having a problem with Windows 10 Microsoft X-Box Solitaire and some web pages that have multimedia content. For Solitaire, when an advertisement starts to load the entire program shuts down with no errors. And for some web pages, a multimedia file starts up – or tries to – and a message comes up with an error and the page failed to load (no other information is given). The latter occurs in Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer. But when I use Google Chrome, I have no problems at all. I suspect the Flash Player Microsoft uses but have found no fixes.  This on my HP laptop which has the Intel Mobile 4 display chip and their website claims they will not support Windows 10. My regular PC, which has an nVidia card, has no problems. Any ideas?"

Hope the propeller heads at Microsoft can fix this. Otherwise, prepare for more angry posts.

1 Yes it is listed in all apps

    2 Quit working either 4-12-16 or 4-13-16

    3 No changes

4 Updates are set to install themselves. (I will check to make sure though)

Windows shows as up to date with the last update being 4-12-16, this is more than likely where/when the problem started

This is a user's account, my admin. account (on the same computer) works with no problem.

When clicking on the app nothing happens.

I have tried everything mentioned other than creating another account as there are two accounts on the computer and it works in one of them.
