After upgrade from MS 8.1 to 10 my Microsoft Solitaire Collection does not load

    thank you ,after all this time it was only a matter of reistalling windows 10 ,and some fellow helped me do that and I thank one and all its workng just fine :)  Jimmy

    I gave up Microsoft Solitaire Collection, the first weekend of July. While playing Free cell , a virus hit me and knocked me out for a week. I gave up. Got m7 computer back up a week later.

    In place of reinstall, for now you can try performing repair upgrade and check. Repair upgrade will not delete or remove anything from your system. Follow the steps from the link below:

    How to: perform a repair upgrade using the Windows 10 ISO file

    Sangeeta, I performed the repair to see if it corrected the problem and it did not.  Microsoft Solitaire still does not work.
