After upgrade from MS 8.1 to 10 my Microsoft Solitaire Collection does not load

Solitaire Collection stopped working correctly only after i took offer of a free week without adds when week over adds would not load and games go to a blank white screen i have tried all repair options still goes to a white screen instead of loading adds microsoft please fix this as it is costing you customers
as they are moving to apple

Forget all the nonsense that has been written on here and use the simple approach, uninstall the collection and then reinstall simple it worked for me..
Didn't work. The minute an ad starts to play, the whole program dies. Nice try, though.
