    Hi,

I would suggest you to perform the steps mentioned below and check if the issue occurs.

    Step 1: Run App Troubleshooter.

Note: The troubleshooter automatically fixes some issues that might prevent your apps from running, including suboptimal screen resolution and incorrect security or account settings.

    1. Type “Troubleshooting” in the search box and press Enter.
    2. Click on ‘View All’ on the top left pane.
    3. Click on “Windows Store Apps” from the list and follow the on-screen prompts for troubleshooting.

Step 2: Follow the steps provided in the given Microsoft help article if you haven't performed yet.

    Troubleshoot problems with an app

I would suggest you to provide the event viewer log files to find out the exact cause that is causing the issue.

Follow the steps to collect the log files:

    • Go to the Start Screen, type in Event Viewer. This will bring up the Event Viewer tile, Click to open the event viewer.
    • In the left pane, expand out Windows Logs. Click on Application log and highlight the first event in the log and use your arrow keys to scroll down.
    • Most of your event will be Information. You may see Yellow Warningsor Red Errors. If you see any red error, you can double click on it to bring it up and copy the contents to a document.

Please reply us with these information and the current status of your computer we will be happy to assist you further.

I've done all the steps, worked with a chat specialist for HOURS, and the game has been reported as having an issue.  The odd thing is that only Solitaire is affected.  The other games in the collection play.  And again, the frustration with the instructions online is that there is no way to "uninstall" and "preinstalled" program.  It just isn't an option.  And all the debug and scans show no problem on my side.  It is definitely a game issue.

That does not work.  It does not let you install because it says it is already installed.  However when you go into your programs it does not show and thus you cannot uninstall.  When you try to open it nothing happens.  This is a bug that needs fixed.
