Netflix Error 0x80070057

For the passed few days I have been trying to get into my Netflix app, however the app refused to load. So I decided to uninstall it and then reinstall to try and fix the problem. But every time I try to reinstall the app I receive the error code 0x80070057. Any idea how to fix this? I am currently using Windows 8.1 and waiting for my Windows 10 update.

    Netflix requires the two DLLs, "VCLibs120" and "PlayReadyClient2". These DLLs are installed automatically by the store.

    But according to the event log, the store seems to think Netflix requires "VCLibs110" and "PlayReadyClient".

    So I have tried to install Flixster to install "VCLibs110" and "PlayReadyClient". These DLLs are also installed automatically by the store.

    Thanks for sharing this Hirot. Tried it on my Virtual Machine which also seemed to have this problem and it did work.

    Me 2...got it working again dough.

     i got it by installing win 10.  didnt like it. downgraded to 8.1,,  then netflix app didnt work.

    Re installed win 10. It works again. Think something messed it up by installing win 10.

    However now its working so just have to stick to win 10
