This ping pong of posts to boards is exactly what I hate about all (?) software companies nowadays. Does anyone from the organisation actually read these boards? and take any notice of what its user community is saying? Where are all the old-fashioned support
requests systems gone? All these boards end up doing is going round and round in circles, back and forth between suppliers, frustrating and alienating users of both suppliers, and the real issues getting lost in the melee of posts offerring less than helpful
advice in the place of real support, real answers, good quality how to video instructions in a language that everyday folks can understand.
With regard to this problem I am now on the hunt for a Windows and or Android WSIWIG that works. I really don't want to move my blog from Blogger to WordPress, just as I really don't want to stop using WLW, but unless a fix comes soon I shall be forced to.
What does "soon" mean to me? Answer is days, not weeks, certainly NOT months, and ideally something worked out so this never happens again.
Have we had any answer by Microsoft to this thread?
A suggestion: Please everyone go to the very first page of this thread and "Recommend this discussion" perhaps if this number goes astronomic then Microsoft will wake up and respond.
