Page fault in nonpaged area and Memory management BSOD on startup

I have been getting crashes in the last month after the first program opens following startup. The error is most often PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA and sometimes MEMORY_MANAGEMENT. The issue usually does not happen twice in a row. That is, when the computer restarts after crashing, it normally runs smoothly until I shut it down again.

Running memtest for several hours came up clean. chkdsk did not appear to solve anything or reveal any problems. Windows is up to date.

This custom built machine is approx 1.5 years old, problems began 1 month ago.

EDIT: Crashes just started during "normal" operation instead of simply on startup.

Please run driver verifier (DV) per the instructions in the link below.

Note: Make sure to read and remember the steps to reset DV in the event of a crash, and post a link to the newly generated crash dump here.

Please run driver verifier (DV) per the instructions in the link below.

Thank you for your help. Running driver verifier caused an immediate crash upon startup (windows loading screen displayed for < 1 second before crash).

    I reinstalled this driver

Did you restart the computer and check that it was no longer displaying an error code?

uninstalled Malwarebytes to ensure it wasn't causing theproblems

    Unlikely to cause problems.

No other antivirus software, other than Windows Defender, is currently installed.

Unwise. Download, install, update definitions and run a complete scan with Microsoft Security Essentials:

    http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=5201

Please provide an updated copy of your System Information file. Type System Information in the Search Box above the start Button and press the ENTER key (alternative is Select Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Information). Select File, Export and give the file a name noting where it is located. Do not place the cursor within the body of the report before exporting the file. The system creates a new System Information file each time system information is accessed. You need to allow a minute or two for the file to be fully populated before exporting a copy. Please upload the file to your OneDrive, share with everyone and post a link here. Reports in normal mode preferred. Please say if the report has been obtained in safe mode.

Please upload and share with everyone fresh copies of your System and Application logs from your Event Viewer to your One Drive (formerly Sky Drive) and post a link here. You can remove the earlier copies of the logs from your OneDrive.

To access the System log select Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Event Viewer, from the list in the left side of the window expand Windows Logs and select System. Place the cursor on System, select Action from the Menu and Save All Events as (the default evtx file type) and give the file a name. Do the same for the Applications log. Do not provide filtered files. Do not place the cursor in the list of reports before selecting Action from the menu. Do not clear logs whilst you have a continuing problem.

Thank you for your help. I reinstalled this driver.

Crashes have been getting worse. Chrome has been freezing shortly after startup. I just had an issue where the computer would be "shutting down" forever.

Everything still works wonderfully in safe mode, though, which is what I'm doing right now.

After these issues started, I uninstalled Malwarebytes to ensure it wasn't causing the problems. No other antivirus software, other than Windows Defender, is currently installed.
