Don't know why, here is a screen shot of my system and BIOS is displayed.
'Battery Alert' appears before the 'press 'ESC' key for Start-up menu.', however, ' Cooling Fan Alert' appears after 'press 'ESC' key for Start-up menu.'
Hi,
First of all: I know that I have been having a problem with my HP Laptop Battery, and with its cooling Fan.
However, I am now wondering what detected this error below as long as it was shown even before the notification saying 'the press 'ESC' key for Start-up menu.' Thus, if the BIOS detected that there was a problem with the HP Battery storage', then this error should have been listed after 'press 'ESC' key for Start-up menu.' was passed.
'HP Battery Alert: The system has detected the storage capacity of the battery stated below to be very low. For optimal performance, this battery may need to be replaced.'
That alert lasted about 15 seconds, and then the 'press 'press 'ESC' key for Start-up menu.' is shown.
Next: This is error below showed me::
'The system didn't detect that a cooling fan is operating correctly'
I know that BIOS detected that a problem with 'Cooling Fan' since the Alert of error was shown after passing 'press 'ESC' key for Start-up menu.'
Any comments would be highly appreciated

**Firstly:**the kind of thermal compound is silicon, it isn't sliver.
The notes written on the bottle of thermal compound are 'high conductivity, low bleed, Stable at high temperatures" in the properties of the silicone compound container.
@As long as the replacement fan mount to the board and heat sink properly. You need to be the judge on that. @
Secondly: You think that the new fan would solve the problem(system has detected a cooling fan is not operating properly) if I purchased it for $50.
I sometimes hear the old fan now installed sometimes make spin and blows air out, and sometimes no spin, and not air blown out while my computer is working. This is strange.
I have been looking for the whole fan/heatsink assembly.
Thirdly: If you wouldn't use eBay.com to purchase, then what else I can use if amazon.com, and others don't ship to Yemen.
Finally:
About in the ''CPU-Z' hardware Reading program, I see that the memory size of Intel internal GPU in is "-1274" MBytes? This is strange size?
You said:
Could b that CPU-Z is not reading it properly, or that it is showing how much external memory is being used (-1274 is subtracted from your total memory).
If we follow you have said, then, the total memory size of the Discrete AMD GPU '1GB'(1024 MBytes) - '1274' = - 250MBytes.
Where did '1274' come from? I only have an external AMD GPU with a total memory size of 1024MBytes.
Then there is no internal Intel GPU memory size at all even with hardware-reading programs?

If eBay is your only option then check the seller's feedback / approval rating for positive and negative reports.

You have other websites at which sellers can ship to Yemen. I know that Amazon.com, Newegg.com don't ship to Yemen.
Why have ignored my other points: Firstly, secondly, and finally?

2015-08-27T15:15:19+00:00 1st) See if you can find the brand of thermal paste you purchased and read the reviews: http://www.newegg.com/Thermal-Compound-Grease/SubCategory/ID-85
2nd) You need to replace the fan which is the important things on your list which is why I made the comment about eBay.
3rd) I have no answer as to why the strange readings.
