I've really been struggling to find a way to let online seller to ship a fan/heatsink assembly for me, but I do't find anyway until now.

What can I benefit from this process? I need to apply thermal compound on my heatsink and the surface of CPU and GPU.

Only can suggest you try applying a small amount of thermal paste to a piece of copper you may have or can get from a scrap yard (let it heat up in the sun for a couple of days) and try using any liquid you think of that may when using the white cloth "Totally" remove the thermal compound.

**Secondly::**While I was watching only a single video on some website, I don't know what file format type was since I only watching it online. So, the core temp reached to an load of 100%. And heat was about like this one below:

Then, my notebook was hibernated automatically. My question is who setup that my notebook should be  hibernated when it is overheating?  ---While typing a message, the heat I feel in the upper  case of my notebook lets me raise my hand on that case

Finally: Sometimes my notebook gets frozen, and there is no response at even when I the mouse cursor doesn't move. So, I had to press on 'shut down' button. Since there is no 'reset'/restart button on all almost all notebooks, do you know any other way with which I can avoid shutting off my notebook by pressing the 'shout down' button when my notebook gets frozen?

Freshly applied thermal paste is easy to remove from heat sink and CPU, thermal paste that has been in use is "cured / dried" and is much harder to remove. Baking it in the sun on a small piece of copper will simulate / dry the paste on the copper so you can test how well you are able to remove it.

Most likely the laptop manufacture for safety reasons. You need to stop the use of Videos until you repair your laptop. Constant and repeated overheating could sooner or later destroy your CPU / Processor.

Use the keyboard and press hold the  Ctrl + Alt + Del  keys down. You should then see a Windows with the power shutdown (Typically red in color) located in the lower right corner of the display.

You don't want to suggest anything about how to get my heatsink/fan shipped by an online seller. I don't find anyone willing to ship to Yemen.

If so, then I would be saying the piece of copper will be not like removing CPU, and GPU surface since there are some places under the CPU, and GPU on where there is some old thermal compound is dried

I have tried that, but that make no difference at all. There is no response, and the notebook gets still frozen. This is only works in some time, however, in other times when my notebook gets frozen for some reason, this doesn't help at all. I think this freezing is called 'deadly-frozen process'

Try quickly tapping the power key 1 time (don't hold it down, just tap it with your finger) to see if that unfreezes your laptop.

No comments on my two points posted before can be understood as you don't have understood me. 

You mean with tap the 'power off/on' button with my finger with clicking on it quickly since slowly will shut my notebook off.
