Note, I have not yet purchased any of these products.

I understand from your speech, that all these products:

 Isopropyl alcohol (#2), and  Items number 3 and 4 and coffee filter are used to clean the old thermal compound(remains). There are no other benefits/users for  them.

I only would use to remove old thermal compound for one time. So, there too much of product(material) of each product above will be left. So, where  can I use it ?

Only used for removing and preparing the surface of the CPU and Heat sink, there are no other uses for Item 1, 3 and 4.  Isopropyl alcohol other uses are: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isopropyl_alcohol  

5- I know how to contact a seller at eBay.com by clicking on the seller's name shown under each item, however, I really don't find a way to contact a seller at Amazon.com since there is no sellers' names shown under items at Amazon.com.

Amazon is the seller unless it specifically list that item is sold by .. "the seller's name and link to their web site".

Yes, my fan has rubber pad(screen shot below is for my fan/heatsink)

However, the first screen shot  of the heatsink posted before is sold for $18.

However, other heatsinks having the same replace part numbers, such as the second screen shot posted before is sold for more than **$26,**such as the second screen don't have the pad in clear view.

I don't think that the heatsink sold for $18 is better than others sold more than $26.

I have done

Zoom in on the photos from both suppliers

(Copy and paste both to a folder) and open / view each photo using Microsoft's Paint.exe and you can see it's a rubber pad.

However, pad is still not clear.

"Can you reuse your rubber pad if the one you purchase does not come with the pad?"  Yes / No?

I have not yet purchased any fan/heatsink at all, but I only copied those images for heatsink from amazon.com and eBay.com. The one sold for $18 has a clear rubber pad image. However, all the others more expensive don't have.

And as you said I don't think that the heatsink sold for $18 is better than others sold more than $26.

Then if it does not come with the rubber pad, reuse your rubber pad!

Since I build many computers for my use, it is well-spent money for me.

If ou want to keep the cost down the just buy the Isopropyl alcohol and use a white colored clean cloth and apply a small / few drops of alcohol, then wipe the surfaces to remove the old thermal compound, discard the small piece of cloth and then use another piece of the cloth again with a few drops of alcohol and wipe the surfaces again. Repeat this process until the white cloth shows no signs of discoloration from any remaining thermal material.

Only can suggest you try applying a small amount of thermal paste to a piece of copper you may have or can get from a scrap yard (let it heat up in the sun for a couple of days) and try using any liquid you think of that may when using the white cloth "Totally" remove the thermal compound.

You can see how well it cleans in step #3.

So that the sun causes the thermal paste to cure (semi dry) and fully stick to the copper before you try removing it with the white cloth and ethanol.
