However, other heatsinks having the same replace part number and sold for more than $26, such as the second screen shot, don't have the pad in clear view.

I don't think that the heatsink sold for $18 is better than others sold more than $26.

3- What material do you use to clean the old fan? You use Isopropyl alcohol- 99%???

First I use #1 Coffee filter in my screen shot and apply a small amount of Isopropyl alcohol (#2) to the filter and use it to remove the old thermal paste from both the heat sink and CPU.

The I use #3 (Thermal Material Remover) and apply a small amount to another Coffee filter to remove any remaining thermal past from the CPU and heat sink.

Next I use #4 (Thermal Surface Purifier)  and apply a small amount to another Coffee filter to prepare the CPU and heat sink. Then I apply the new thermal paste.

First of all, I am very very upset that I live in a county out of commerce since I have been looking for fan heatsink, and other parts for my notebook for about a year. But they are not available in Yemen.  I contact the HP support team in the closer country to me, which is United Arab Emirates.  But they told me they cannot be able to help me by shipping the spare parts I need. Also, since not all sellers can ship to Yemen. Also, Items shipped to Yemen right now, even in fine conditions, get stolen or lost in the Yemen customs. I only would try to find a way or ask a seller at any online seller website if he/she can ship to a third party shipping address, such as Saudi Arabia. Then, I would use an shipping address  of friend of mine residing in Saudi Arabia.

Could you please confirm my points below:

1- you used Isopropyl alcohol (#2), and Items number 3 and 4  only to remove the old thermal, do  you think this is redundant, and a was a waste of money.

2- Coffee filter can only be used to do this action or it has other benefits/uses., if have other uses could you give me a link of a good kind of Coffee filter at amazon.com or eBay.com

3- Items number 3 and 4 and Isopropyl alcohol, all could only use to remove the old thermal compounds, or I can use them to clean the notebook screens. If no, then I would not always remove thermal compound(only one time I would do, so what I would do for the remains).

Yes, my fan has rubber pad(screen shot below is for my fan/heatsink)

However, the first screen shot  of the heatsink posted before is sold for $18.

However, other heatsinks having the same replace part numbers, such as the second screen shot posted before is sold for more than $26, such as the second screen don't have the pad in clear view.

I don't think that the heatsink sold for $18 is better than others sold more than $26.

No as item 3 and 4 are very costly, so I remove as much of the old thermal paste as possible. Then I use items 3 and 4 to remove what may be nearly invisible to my or your eyes the very thin film that may still be on the surface.

Do not use items 2, 3, or 4 to clean the screen, may damage the surface !

Note, I have not yet purchased any of these products.

I understand from your speech, that all these products:

 Isopropyl alcohol (#2), and  Items number 3 and 4 and coffee filter are used to clean the old thermal compound(remains). There are no other benefits/users for  them.

I only would use to remove old thermal compound for one time. So, there too much of product(material) of each product above will be left. So, where  can I use it ?

I have not yet purchased any fan/heatsink at all, but I only copied those images for heatsink from amazon.com and eBay.com. The one sold for $18 has a clear rubber pad image. However, all the others more expensive don't have.

And as you saidI don't think that the heatsink sold for $18 is better than others sold more than $26.
