1- This below in bold sometimes happens, I really cannot be able to determine when it happens, although my hard efforts of monitoring my notebook.

As long as my fan make a loud sound while spinning, and air blown out is little,  I think that my existing problem with CPU temperatures, and error appearing in the start is related to fan.

2- Have you been familar with The Heatsink Compounds 'ZP-360' ?

Or niether have you been familar with The Heatsink Compounds 'ZP-360', nor you have you been familar with HC-151. You only have been familair withThe paste I use is Thermaltake TG4.

The merchant will pay the HC-151 with $3 for me instead of $5 since there is a rest of amount of $3 for me is left with him. So, he agreed to sell that thermal  me for $3, so do you think it will make difference other than myHeatsink Compounds 'ZP-360'used before ?

3- I was suggest to use medical spirit as a substitute for Isopropyl alcohol- 99%.?

But, I only found medical Spirit which doesn't seem to have any alcohol in it at all as described in its bottle. I don't know if there are other kinds of medical spirit which include alcohol

1. The fan needs to be replaced.
2. Both ZP-360 and HC-151 are not sold where I live, so I'm not familiar with either.

I checked with a friend who build computers and he has not heard of either ZP-360 or HC-151 so you need to use your own judgment as which is best to use.

3. then clean both the heat sink and CPU as best you can with a clean cloth to remove the thermal paste. Repeat wiping the metal surfaces several times with a fresh piece of cloth each time until you see no residue on the cloth. Then apply the thermal paste.

If  I want to downgrade the quad-core to a duo-core but I don't want to take this thing apart and find the CPU won't fit the socket. What a job! How can I find out what kind of socket is in my mobo?
