'Battery Alert' appears before the 'press 'ESC' key for Start-up menu.', however, ' Cooling Fan Alert' appears after 'press 'ESC' key for Start-up menu.'

Hi,

First of all: I know that I have been having a problem with my HP Laptop Battery, and with its cooling Fan.

However, I am now wondering what detected this error below as long as it was shown even before  the notification saying 'the press 'ESC' key for Start-up menu.' Thus, if the BIOS detected that there was a problem with the HP Battery storage', then this error should have been listed after 'press 'ESC' key for Start-up menu.' was passed.

'HP Battery Alert:    The system has detected the storage capacity of the battery stated below to be very low. For optimal performance, this battery may need to be replaced.'

That alert lasted about 15 seconds, and then the 'press 'press 'ESC' key for Start-up menu.' is shown.

Next: This is error below showed me::

'The system didn't detect that a cooling fan is operating correctly'

I know that BIOS detected that a problem with 'Cooling Fan' since the Alert of error was shown after passing 'press 'ESC' key for Start-up menu.'

Any comments would be highly appreciated

    Then I suggest you replace the fan if you are confident you have no issues with applying the thermal compound.

    The fan the Yemeni merchant sold me for $50 might cost him just $3.

    It is not an entire fan/heatsink assembly. It is just a single fan.

    No such another single fan I found in another merchant in Yemen sold cheaply

    Is the cooling system that came with your laptop an assembly and can just the fan be removed from the assembly and replaced in the assembly with the fan the merchant has for $50.00 ?

    Thank you so much for being patient and continuing replying to me.

    We've bee here in Yemen experiencing high ordeals for about six months since the Saudi Arabia and their alliances have been bombing Yemeni lands.

    So, there is no spare parts in the local Yemeni markets at all. Also, shipping to Yemen right now is risk.

    This is the new fan merchant would be selling  me for $50. (NOTE: I have returned the fan back to the merchant for about two months, although I don't know if I can find it now with the same price or not)

    Finally:  A Yemeni laptop technician told me that any brand of thermal compound could be applied.

     However, you said Can't read the brand of paste, photo too blurred.

    So, what brands of thermal compounds are there in the markets? I am expecting that 'Silicone' is the brand of thermal compound I have. Also, I know another one which is sliver. Are they brands or not?

    What more I told about the thermal compound I have applied are:

    The  properties of the silicone compound container written on the bottle of thermal compound are 'high conductivity, low bleed, Stable at high temperatures"

    It appears that the cooper pipes from the fan a shown in your 1st screen shot ".(The first face)" are designed to act as an air duct / pathway from the fan to the metal heat sink. Have you check to see that they are not partially blocked and as a result reducing the airflow to either the CPU or GPU heat sink.

    If you have a can of compressed air blow the air through each pipe to insure it does not have anything inside and the air flows freely thru each pipe.
