'Battery Alert' appears before the 'press 'ESC' key for Start-up menu.', however, ' Cooling Fan Alert' appears after 'press 'ESC' key for Start-up menu.'

I think you have done the best you can, the CPU temperature is a little high but not by much based on some tests I've seen for your 2410M processor.

First of all, Have you been able to see my screen shots?

1- The error "'The system didn't detect that a cooling fan is operating correctly'" is no longer appearing to me.

2- What is the maximum load should my PC be in, and acording to it I can  judge that CPU and  GPU  temperatures are normal?   NOTE those CPU and GPU  temperatures tested were  while my computer is in load(about three streaming videos are playing on Youtube.com, and two videos stored on my HDD are played by Media players installed on my PC.  

3-  Have you seen the GPU  temperatures via the GPU-Z and Speccy?

4- Do think that temperatures are still a little high since I didn't use the correct thermal compound. I used Heatsink Compounds 'ZP-360'

If you have fan speed software on your computer you might try adjusting the speed to lower the temperature.

1- I only have CoolSense tool which can only be set up to be ON or Off.   No other setting options can be done to adjust the speed to lower the temperature.. I really have not seen any noticable benefits from this CoolSense tool at all. I don't know if this tool is  fan speed software or not? If not, then have you any other software?


2- I have run the SpeedFan tool, and I have sent its test results to you. Have you seen it? I do think it is just  fan fan speed-monitioring software, and it is not  fan speed software?

3- Although I have sent the spare part number of my old fan/heat sink to the seller before purchasing the fan/heatsink that I need, unfortunately the new fan/ heat sink assembly purchased from eBay was not fitted to my motherbooard.(i.e. it wasn't mounted to the CPU and GPU). However, only the fan was similar to my old fan. So, I took out(removed) my old fan from my old heat sink, and after taking  the new fan from my new heat sink, I installed the new fan in-place my old heat sink very well.

4- By the way, the new fan/heat sink NOT suitable to be in-place my old fan/heat sink was applied with a thermal compound by vendor. Is it reasonable?

If you have fan speed software on your computer you might try adjusting the speed to lower the temperature.

Your CPU temperatures are way to hot !  Normal at idle should be 40C or less and under load about 60 to 70C.

I have purchased a new fan/ heat sink Assembly from eBay, and unfortunately the heat sink was not fitted to my motherbooard.(i.e. it wasn't mounted to the CPU and GPU). However, only the fan was similar to my old fan. So, I took out(removed) my old fan from my old heat sink, and after taking  the new fan from my new heat sink, I installed the new fan in-place my old heat sink very well.

Then, I used a material including alcohol(I was told that it has 100% of alcohol). I used a clean tight cloths to apply some of alcohol to remove the old thermal compound from the CUP, and GPU, and the contact surfaces to CPU and GPU. Then, I let the CPU and GPU to dry. After that, I apply new thermal Compound of my same thermal compound which is not sliver with following your way to apply the new thermal compound.

While my computer is in load(not Idell) (about three streaming videos are playing on Youtube.com, and two videos stored on my HDD are played by Media players installed on my PC.   However, although the error "'The system didn't detect that a cooling fan is operating correctly'" is no longer appearing to me, the CPU and GPU temperatures, I think according to the screen shots below, are still way to hot. The fan is well blowing out hot air from the events

If the gray colored mater on the CPU is the remains of the old / original thermal paste it must be removed before you apply the new thermal paste. If you fail to remove it then the new thermal paste will be on top of the old thermal paste and will not be effective in transferring the heat from the CPU to the Heat sink / cooling system. End result is the CPU will run too hot.

1- As log as the alcohol will evaporate and dry quickly, water takes a longer time to evaporate and dry, I can use any alcohol some people use for drink?

No you can not, most alcohol used for human consumption does not have enough alcohol by percentage. You would need a least 190 Proof drinking alcohol.

2- I should apply 4 small beads on the half way of each edge as in the screen shot below:(what you mean with  'a square' in  'about half way to each edge'?
